Baseball

Plan and track the result of your Baseball.

Baseball is a basically a bat and ball game with two competing teams each trying to outscore the other while making as many homeruns as possible. Another objective of the sport is to keep the opposing team from making any homeruns.

Baseball is a team sport with nine players on each team, including hitters and pitchers. It can be played anywhere; all that is needed is a ball, a bat and catcher’s glove.

Baseball requires a lot of exercise and a player needs to be fit because of all the running around involved. It is also a great game for fitness and getting in shape because it uses the arms for pitching, catching and batting and gets the muscles in the arms, shoulders and calves to work. It is also a great cardio game.

Whether playing as a pitcher of a batter, baseball is a sport that calls for a lot of energy. Speed and agility are essential as well as power. A player needs a lot of energy and muscle power to effectively throw a good ball. Throwing a curve ball goes beyond mere energy however, and also requires skill. Each baseball practice is a workout in itself and constant playing of baseball will reflect positively in the fitness of a player. It is intensely physical and is an endurance game.
