Plan and track the result of your Bowling.
Bowling is a game with a main objective to knock down ten pins that are set at the end of a bowling lane. Unlike most games, bowling can only be done on a bowling lane. It is not a game that can be set up at the annual family barbecue.
The ball is thrown down the lane which might vary in length from 60-62 feet. The more pins a player manages to knock down in each attempt, the higher the score accrued to that person or team. Bowling can be a team sport with 2 – 5 members in each team; the goal would be to score 300 pins before the opposing team.
Bowling has differing shots like the stroker, the cranker and the helicopter but these are really skilled shots and not everyone can execute them to perfection. For a player to successfully knock pins down, that player would need to be able to release the ball in a way that it executes enough speed and strength to get it down the bowling lane and to the pins. This requires plenty of strength in the arms and especially in the shoulders which is the most pivotal point in terms of speed and direction. It is also essential that a bowler has the stability for the perfect stance needed to get a perfect ten. This requires a strong footing from which to launch the ball.
A game of bowling works on the muscles in the arms, the shoulders, the calf, knee and thigh.
