Plan and track the result of your Darts.
Darts is a game where darts are thrown at a circular target, which has been marked off with 20 distinctly numbered scoring areas, further divided into single, double and triple segments. The center bulls-eye scores 50 points, and the ring just outside it called the bulls ring scores 25 points. Three darts are usually thrown in a turn. Presently, the highest score available is the ton 80, which equals 180 points, received when all three darts land in the triple 20 position.
Darts is ordinarily played by starting with a specific number, usually 501, and subtracting scores earned until the player reaches zero. Usually, the final dart must land in the bulls-eye or in a double segment. There are sometimes penalties given for going below zero.
Darts requires practice and a certain amount of Sport Fitness training. Balance is required, and it is only perfected with repeated play. The stance involves putting the right foot forward slightly, with more weight distributed on the front foot than the back one. Yet, there must still be adequate weight on the leg in back to keep the player steady.
The player lines up the dart, his eye and the target, and then draws back and throws. When throwing darts it is important to avoid moving your arm sideways. Your arm should move in a very controlled way. Your body must also be strong and stable, so that it does not turn or tremble as you throw the dart.
A part of your Workout Schedule for throwing darts should be for refining your form. If you spend time working on body control, the darts games will actually be less physically demanding. For example, if you lean too far forward, it puts strain on your legs and back. Your overall Health and Fitness will contribute to your ability to win at darts.
